Press on toward the Goal.
Be encouraged along the Way.

I have been blessed to serve for nearly four decades as a teacher, coach, and school leader. In recent years, I’ve enjoyed my work as a placement counselor, meeting virtually with hundreds of rising administrators to guide and support them on their career paths. Now as a certified life coach, I come alongside clients and friends as they take on new challenges and prepare for opportunities in their personal and professional lives.
Throughout my career, I have helped school and community leaders, faculty, students, and parents make tough decisions, process delicate issues, work life’s complex puzzles, and prepare for possible conflict or confrontation. Decades of important conversations – frequently “behind closed doors,” sometimes difficult, nearly always relationally rewarding – have prepared me well for service as a life coach.
When you’re under a lot of pressure, it helps to have a thought partner, a confidante, an encourager in your corner – someone who can listen and is free to offer an outsider’s perspective and suggestions. That’s when a personal coach can prove invaluable. I am honored to take on that role, helping people consider options and approaches, plan action steps, evaluate progress, adjust sites, overcome setbacks, and celebrate success.
I’ve had my share of defeats and disappointments. Trials and struggles have produced perseverance. My faith, my desire to serve, and my prayer life continue to grow. I’m grateful for the coaching and support of so many friends and mentors over the years, and I am honored now to help others by engaging and encouraging them along the Way.
Please contact me so we can schedule a time to talk about the support I can offer – the potential benefits of a coaching relationship tailored to you, your goals, and your needs at this time in your life.
